Hair today, gone tomorrow

A month or so I met Anne Marie who gave me a great hair cut. I mentioned Evelyn and her long hair that she should donate to Locks of Love or someplace similar.

Flash forward to Friday. We had our appointment at 2 pm, day after Thanksgiving. Evelyn decided many weeks ago that she would do this. Evelyn, Greg and I headed off to Illusions. Greg insisted on coming with us. Evelyn was sporting her typical pony tail and a smile as she was excited about doing this.

Got the pony tail situated.......

snip, snip, snip............ no turning back now......

look at this...............

and the new do! Love it, so does Evelyn. It's shoulder length and oh so cute! Can still go in a pony tail, be pulled back, and so so many possibilities.

But of course, it goes right into the pony tail. Well, Evelyn has her own style. But it's oh so cute when she does wear it down and her hair will even do it's own little flip at the ends where it hits her shoulders.

The ponytail is packaged safely in an envelope and is being mailed off to Children with Hairloss (http://www.childrenwithhairloss.us/)
