Fooball update

Bears played San Clemente Tritons on Saturday. Although we couldn't pull off the win, the guys still played a great game. TD's by DuBose and Murph (aka Greg). Greg was defense the first half and offense the second half. He had a new defense position and was going for the QB. Now, this guy was huge! Tallest one out there by far. Final score was Bears 12, Tritons 34.

Only a few minutes left in the game, Bears are behind, Bears first down. I hear someone in the stands say "it's Murphy time!" Couldn't work any magic this game.

Greg was home sick Friday and at one time his temp reached 101.4. He was in bed most of the day but insisted on going to practice. He was not feeling 100% Saturday, but still played a good game. Greg was just so excited that Grandpa was here to see him play. He probably would have played even with a fever.


Jake and Nathan love hanging out with Evelyn and Greg and going to their games. Can't wait for the day we can go see Jake and Nathan playing ball. I was trying to capture Nathan making silly faces but just couldn't get a good shot of him. Well, there will be other days.
