Hurray! All reports are done, for now. I forgot to post these pictures of Greg's dino report. He built an awesome replica of a T-Rex (aka tyrant lizard king). Tom and Greg built the t-rex out of wood and paper mache and then painted it. Cool. Greg drew and painted the mountains on the box and set up all the scenery. He also had to do a written report.
January was a busy month for the 2nd grade. Glad we finished up the dino during Christmas break. As soon as Greg got back to school he brought home a family history report to do, notice that it was his turn for the "All about Me" poster and also has a book report due. Book report is due tomorrow.
Over the weekend Greg and I worked on his poster. So here is some info about Greg:
Age 8; birthday 8-7-98; lives in Mission Viejo; 2nd grade; teacher is Mrs. Finn; gets to school by car; family members are me, mom, dad, Evelyn, Kaydee, Burp and Roxy; when he grows up he wants to be a fire fighter (and work at a pet store). Favorites: color green; food tangerine; book Ricky Ricotta's Mighty Robot; sport soccer; things to do at school soccer, art, music, math; to do at home play x-box with friend. I am a star because I am good at soccer. I show others I care by helping. Three cool facts about me: good at sports, like to build missions, like animals.
So, there you have it. Tonight our project is finishing up the book report. Hopefully February will not be as busy a month report wise. :)
